Dance performances held ahead of BJP’s 2-day national executive meet in Hyderabad | Video

Dance performances were held to welcome PM Modi and BJP functionaries ahead of 2-day national executive meeting in Hyderabad.

Dance performances were held outside the International Convention Centre in Hyderabad on Saturday where the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) two-day national executive meeting will begin today.

Women in traditional attire were seen performing folk dances with BJP flags in the background.

The meeting will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president JP Nadda, Union Home Ministers Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh, Chief Ministers of 19 states and other senior BJP leaders.

Choosing Hyderabad for its national executive meeting has an underlying message. Telangana, which goes to polls in late 2023, is being eyed by the BJP.

The BJP sees an opportunity for a saffron surge in the southern state by bringing down the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) government.
